Welcome to Leaping Deer Ranch, where we are breeding a beautiful heard of Huacaya Alpacas. Leaping Deer Ranch is a full-time woman owned alpaca farm located in New Mexico.
Leaping Deer Ranch LLC is located in Las Vegas New Mexico, one hour east of Santa Fe.
Marianne Williamson has assembled a herd, numbering about 50 fantastic huacaya alpacas. Currently, we are located at a smaller 12 acre ranch. In the spring of 2008 we will have completed a fabulous 537 acre facility south of Taos. We will have the facilities for agisting and breeding.
The facilities will include a 2000 square foot studio where we will host seminars, workshops, auctions and parties for up to 200 people. Leaping Deer Ranch will also include a 5000 square foot main house embracing the Santa Fe charm at the foot of the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. The house includes full outdoor kitchen, endless pool, gas firepit, wrap around porches and luxury amenities.
Leaping Deer Ranch has giving birth to 9 crias this year. In 2008 we are expecting an additional 25. Our Herdsires come from some of the best bloodlines. We are excited to join the alpaca community and produce Huacuya of the finest quality.
