Unwind: Yoga-Massage workshop with Shami & Deann

Release, Relax, & UnWind with DeAnn Barry

Be held and guided on a journey through the physical and energetic bodies.

We begin with gravity supported fascia tissue release to free and release tension and trauma held deep in our connective tissue. Our session will include simple supine stretches and breathwork, along with therapeutic bodywork, to support a sense of ease and wellbeing.

We will complete our journey together with guided Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath, for deep relaxation and a system reset.

Community Cacao Ceremony

Gather in community safe space to imbibe sacred ceremonial cacao and harmonize our energies with the Earth. Ceremony consists of meditation, movement, sound healing, and ceremonial fire.

This ceremony is held with reverence and gratitude to the indigenous peoples who initiated this relationship with cacao medicine and preserved her wisdom so we may have the privilege of experiencing the magic.
