At Leaping Deer Ranch, we take celebrations of love to heart! Nestled in the heart of northern New Mexico, Leaping Deer Ranch offers a unique and affordable venue for the intimate wedding ceremony and reception of your dreams.

We specialize in intimate, rustic weddings for couples traveling from both near and far. With both indoor and outdoor spaces, our ranch provides an excellent backdrop for you to celebrate this special day. We especially welcome couples with creative ideas, non-traditional plans, or DIY dreams.

Ceremonies

We offer a number of outdoor wedding ceremony locations, including:

• The gardens: Our back gardens offer a beautiful backdrop for your nuptials, as you’ll be surrounded by immaculate landscaping, lush greenery, and the New Mexico sun.

• The labyrinth: At 100 ft in diameter, the Leaping Deer Ranch Labyrinth is the largest in the State of New Mexico and a popular spot for couples to say “I do.”

• The grounds: With 186 acres of land, there’s no shortage of beautiful places on our grounds for weddings big and small. Ask our team for recommendations on where to host your ceremony.

Receptions

Our 1600-square-foot event hall can seat up to 120 people. We also can provide tables and chairs for up to 60 people, or you are welcome to rent your own to create an atmosphere that fits your vision perfectly. Rustic windows outlook our grounds, providing you with excellent views and warm natural light. As the sun sets, your guests will dance the night away in our warm, western space, making memories that will last a lifetime.

Our hall is complete with its own kitchen, making it easy for your catering company to prep and serve your guests.

Accommodations 

Your destination wedding will be a truly relaxing getaway for both you and your guests. Our 14-bed guest house offers rustic and comfortable accommodations for both the couple and their friends and family. Your guests may also enjoy our many amenities, including yoga at the wellness center, relaxation in our hot tub, hikes through the trail, or a movie under the stars with our outdoor movie theater.
