What makes guided meditations at Leaping Deer Ranch special?

Our guided meditation is facilitated by Lisa who has practiced the Vipassana technique since 2018. Vipassana is a form of mindfulness meditation that comes from the original teachings of Buddha. Vipassana can reduce stress and anxiety. Here at LDR Lisa will combine a variety of healing, breathing, and silent meditation techniques during your session.
